History
O’Guin Decorative Arts is a family-owned company that has been providing unique wall finishes since 1983. Lynn and Mike O’Guin started the company by offering painting and wallpaper installations. We are now a second-generation decorating business with over 65 years of combined experience in decorative arts and material technology and our capabilities have expanded well beyond painting and wall papering.
In 1989, the O’Guin family began training at the prestigious Miller-Wagenaar Studios in Chicago which, at that time, was one of only three schools in the United States that taught decorative painting techniques. Since then, the O’Guin team has added professional training from:

- South Shore Academy of Decorative Arts
In addition to our training, ODA has studied and developed a broad understanding of materials and techniques, and we have networked with the world’s leading manufacturers to develop and test new products.
ODA relocated from northwestern Indiana (greater Chicago area) to Naples Florida in 2002. Sons Christopher and Cory O’Guin are now taking the lead in developing new design avenues in some of the finest residential and commercial properties in South Florida and beyond.
