We ensure that project communication and delivery are both complete and as seamless as possible. Through this process, we deliver peace of mind that the project will be completed as planned and designed.

ODA offers a menu of services to enhance the capabilities of our clients, include:

• Professional Representation – serving as a liaison between all parties, we ensure all project objectives are met by pulling together the appropriate people, asking the right questions, and by and making sure that all information, specifications, costs, and timelines are in place and understood by all parties.

• Concept Development and Design (Phase I) - the creation of multiple samples (custom colorization and aesthetic research) in order to achieve the best-suited materials, designs and installation techniques.

• Installation Oversight (Phase II) - on-site supervision throughout the process and, if needed, pre-installation training for trades people.

To ensure the quality of exterior surfaces, we utilize equipment to measure and record environmental conditions during installation.

Architects

Because of our extensive technical knowledge of materials, including new material offerings, along with our close working relationships with leading material suppliers, we are uniquely qualified to assist you with the design, cost and timing objectives of your project. We can improve the efficiency, timing and outcome of your design and planning process when we are brought in to a project early enough to assist with design and sequence recommendations before finalization of your proposal. In addition, we will remain with the project to assure proper installation and quality criteria are met.

Interior Designers

Acting as an extension of your design capabilities, we can assist you in developing surface textures and colors that are unique and dazzling. This is especially true when we apply our technical knowledge to a project in a way that allows you to propose designs that will meet both the aesthetic and cost objectives of your client. In addition to wall finishes, we can work with you to develop unique, artfully coordinated finishes for moldings, cabinets, doors, floors, and more.

General Contractors

We do the legwork of meeting with clients and architects, selling the process, and developing the samples. We will train and supervise the trades to assure that your installation meets the cost, timing and quality objectives of the project. We are also willing to step into a project when it becomes necessary to correct quality issues when they arise during the course of installation.
